Cancellation & Return Policy

Items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of pickup or delivery. To be eligible, items must be accompanied by the original receipt and returned in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

To start a return or exchange, contact us or visit our Mississauga showroom with your receipt — our team will walk you through the process.

Returns and cancelled orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Deliveries are made to the customer's garage unless specified otherwise in advance. Please make sure the delivery area is clear and accessible.

TAS Floor and Supplies is not responsible for property damage during delivery. If you have special delivery requirements, let us know when placing your order.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Clearance items
• Backsplash and mosaic tiles
• Special orders

If you're unsure whether an item qualifies, please ask before purchasing — we're happy to confirm.

1. Have your original receipt ready.

2. Repack the items in their original packaging.

3. Call us or visit the showroom at 4141 Sladeview Crescent, Unit 8, Mississauga, ON within 15 days of pickup/delivery.

4. Once inspected and approved, your refund (less the 30% restocking fee) is issued to your original payment method.
