Order Processing
When you place an order, our team begins preparing it right away. Orders are typically prepared for delivery within 24 hours. If anything about your order needs clarification, we'll contact you using the phone number or email on your order.
Delivery Times
You can expect your delivery within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Our team will coordinate a delivery window with you directly.
Very large orders or items with special handling requirements may occasionally need extra time — if so, we'll let you know as soon as your order is confirmed.
Tracking
Because we ship locally using our own logistics team rather than third-party couriers, we do not provide tracking numbers.
Instead, our team coordinates delivery with you personally — you'll always know when to expect your order. If you have any questions about the status of your delivery, call us and we'll give you an update right away.
Delivery Area & Terms
We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area. Delivery rates are calculated at checkout.
Deliveries are made to the customer's garage unless specified otherwise in advance. Please ensure the delivery area is clear and accessible. TAS Floor and Supplies is not responsible for property damage during delivery.
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery — no damage or product claims are accepted after delivery. See our Cancellation & Return Policy for details.
In-Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up? Choose free in-store pickup at our Mississauga showroom — 4141 Sladeview Crescent, Unit 8, Mississauga, ON. Orders are usually ready within 24–48 hours, and we'll confirm when your order is ready to collect.
Please bring your order confirmation and inspect your items at pickup.
